Currently, all WHE (WHO’s Health Emergencies Programme) departments, Regional Office teams, and Country Office teams conduct training and learning activities on a regular basis. A cross-programme Training Task Team (TTT) has been set up in September 2017.
The TTT is in charge of establishing a competency model for WHE staff and partners, drawing up a learning/training strategy, establish standards for training material development and provide services to increase the coordination, coherence and quality of existing and planned WHE training and learning activities. To support this process, our consortium (ACT; MDF and KIT) will bring together its skills and expertise to provide central services to increase the coordination, coherence and quality of existing and planned WHE training and learning activities.
