L\u2019objectif est de comprendre les goulots d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement, l\u2019organisation des ressources humaines et les capacit\u00e9s du Minist\u00e8re afin d\u2019\u00e9mettre des propositions pour renforcer le syst\u00e8me de protection sociale \u00e0 Madagascar.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Le Gouvernement de Madagascar a r\u00e9cemment valid\u00e9 sa strat\u00e9gie Nationale de Protection Sociale (SNPS) pour la p\u00e9riode 2019-2023. Seul 5,5% de la population est actuellement couverte par les filets sociaux. L&rsquo;objectif du Gouvernement est la port\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle progressive des programmes <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">prioritaires<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> et l&rsquo;\u00e9volution vers un syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de protection sociale pour le pays. Comme ailleurs, la protection sociale a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le primordial de r\u00e9ponse imm\u00e9diate \u00e0 la crise socio-\u00e9conomique caus\u00e9 par le COVID-19\u00a0\u00e0 Madagascar.
